ENTRY FEES & DEADLINE

Entry Fees & Registration Deadline

  • $50 for one entry

  • $75 for two entries

  • $100 for three or more entries

  • Deadline to register: September 1, 2025

Each sauce must be submitted in one category only.

LABEL &ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

What Makes You Eligible?

  • Sauce must be commercially available (wholesale, retail, or direct-to-consumer)

  • Must include a UPC or equivalent barcode

  • Labels must meet FDA regulations (including nutritional info)

  • All entrants must submit product liability insurance

First place winners in each category go head-to-head for Grand Champion

Drop off your sauce for judging by the posted deadline

Sauces are poured over pulled pork by ALC staff for tasting

Judged on taste, consistency, smell, appearance, branding
